If you have read The End of Management and have digested the manuals and feel the need for more support, the Self-Management CEO Support Network is for you.

As a Support Network member, you become part of a small group of like-minded CEOs, no more than 12, who meet in a monthly teleconference with a skilled facilitator to work on transforming your company. Working through a structured process and with the support, experience and insight of your facilitator as well as CEOs in non-competing businesses, you will have the confidence to take the necessary steps to create a company that runs itself.

As a member of The CEO Support Network, you will have access either free or at a reduced rate to many of the tools as resources we have and are continuing to assemble for our members:

• Membership in the private area of the Self-Management Community website (www.selfmanagementcommunity.com)
• Access to the software tools at Self-Management Systems including Internal Customer Feedback administration support software, Peer Review support software and Plan&Track™, our proprietary project and task management system that gives you a birds eye view of what is getting done (and more importantly what is not getting done) in your company.
• Team Learning Center's online core curriculum of training for your Leadership Team and all other employees in the key skills necessary to participate in a self-managed company.

You also have access to your facilitator for an hour a month one-on-one teleconference for personal support. Your group will also meet at least once a year at a mutually agreed upon location for a face to face meeting and mini-conference.
